RawCou2ure do not offer money back returns or exchanges.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving order (Shipped Orders). Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear and with all product tags attached in the original packaging.

Local Pick Up Orders limited to exchange within 7 days of order being placed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, you will receive a store credit in the amount of the item plus taxes to the email address on file.

Non Returnable, No Exceptions

All bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments and accessories are Final Sale.

All Sale Items are Final Sale.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
