RawCou2ure do not offer money back returns or exchanges.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 7 days of ship date. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear and with all product tags attached in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, you will receive a store credit in the amount of the item plus taxes to the email address on file.

All bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories and items on sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
